Use terms.

These are practical launch terms for WTM Broadcasting. They are not a substitute for formal legal review if the product grows beyond an early customer release.

License

An active subscription grants a license to use WTM Broadcasting for race broadcast production on one activated machine at a time unless another plan is agreed in writing. The app requires activation with the license key from your purchase confirmation. You can move the license to a different PC by releasing the current machine from the app's Setup tab and activating on the new one.

Offline use

The app re-checks your subscription online about once a day. If it can't reach the license server (for example, no internet on race night), it keeps working for a grace period of roughly seven days before requiring an online re-check.

Cancellation

If your subscription ends or is cancelled, the app will stop accepting the license after the current validation window. Your local data (config, race history, camera profiles) stays on your machine and is yours.

Distribution

Do not redistribute the installer, your license key, or private buyer download links.

Availability

The app is built for live broadcasts, but no software can guarantee uninterrupted race-night operation. Keep backups of your OBS scenes and test updates before major events.
